This is the message sent to Parents about the kiddie cut outs and encouraging them to either use various means to travel i.e. bus, walk, scooter or to park a great distance away from the school and to walk their child into school.

The message also included  the safety aspect  of children, the smooth traffic flow in the area, the help asked from the local authority to have parents park in the correct areas and in the correct manner and to not to disturb the local residents at drop off and pick up times.
