We decided to hold bike week over 2 weeks. We wanted the children to have an incentive to ride a bike to school, so we decided that the class in each year group with the most children riding a bike for those two weeks will get to wear their own clothes to school on the 15th of October. Bike week did raise the profile of riding a bike to school this was evident from looking at the bike racks in the playground.
