After initial discussion with our JTAs, they decided that their biggest concern was road safety outside of the school.  They met with the School Council to discuss possible solutions and suggestions they would like to put forward to our MP, James Brokenshire.  The JTAs then worked together to decide which suggestions they wished to discuss and each wrote an individual letter outlining why they thought the council should look into providing more support for the pupils to cross the road and stay safe when coming to and from school.  The JTAs and staff involved received responses from Mr Brokenshire (one included below) who will be writing to Bexley Council on behalf of the pupils involved.
