I completed another subject leader audit with the leader of Global subjects Dan Taylor who was also the former STP champion. This audit was done to share all of the activities that I have completed in the school during the spring term. We looked at how successful the previous activities were and thought about upcoming activities. The audit is shared with other members of SLT so they are aware of how subjects are being ran throughout the school. I found completing the audit very useful as it gave me the opportunity to share ideas and to get some help in planning new initiatives.
