I wrote a peice for the weekly newsletter in May promoting the upcoming Walk To School Week (WTSW) 2021 to promote the event to parers and carers and to explain the expectations in terms of which equipment could or could not be left on the school site. I explained the physical and environmental benefits of activity travel and informed parents of what they would need to do if they wanted to participate. We had a positive uptake as many pupils travelled to or from sustainably regularly that week.
