As the topic for Reception was “Pirates Ahoy!” we organised a school trip to the Cutty Sark in Greenwich on Tuesday 18th July 2017.

This was be a great chance for the children to explore a real ship and learn some sailor skills in the “A Sailor Went to Sea” workshop.

The schoo; bus collected children from Union Road at the usual time of 8.45am and made an extra stop to let the children off  at Hornchurch Station where they then used public transport to travel to the Cutty Sark and back to school.
