William Wybrew and Narjiyah Aktar will be coming in to do a Presentation to raise awareness and knowledge of  travelling methods into school and prepare students for their new school.

Public Transport

• They watched a road safety video and identified the ‘right things’ that the children did e.g. pressing the button before crossing the road, tapping their zip card.
• The different types of Oyster cards and not sharing these with other people.
• The importance of using the oyster card on the bus or train when they reach aged 11
• The two types of transport that are free: bus and tram.
• They explained that the children should go onto the TFL website to get an oyster card which will cost £15 (a one-off payment).
